Belonging to Nomad's Bonjardim City Flats collection, the Top Floor is a fully equipped mezzanine apartment with maximum capacity for 2 people.
On the 2nd Floor and facing the back of the building, it has a private balcony and plenty of natural light, which extends to the entire apartment.
It is located in the quiet street of Bonjardim, just 5 minutes walk from 'Praça do Marquês', where you will find access to transportation such as metro and buses.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cozy apartment. A lot of sunlight and cute design made us feel at home at once. It was fully equipped, even with a coffee machine and spices. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Even made concessions in our situation with the bank. Cool see more

Not enough space to store the clothes. Also, it would be better to have some blinds or shutters for the second floor, as it heats a lot on sunny days.
